CareerForce Veterans Employment Services and the Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs (MDVA) will host the 18th Annual Veterans Career Fair in 2024.
We strongly encourage participation by employers currently offering full-time jobs paying family-sustaining wages with benefits. This is an excellent opportunity for you to engage with Minnesota veterans, including National Guard members and reservists, and welcome to share their unique strengths gained through military service to help advance your business!
Due to the high demand for exhibit space, we are limiting registrations to W2 employers only and will be unable to accommodate staffing agencies or schools.
If you are a state of Minnesota agency or board, you may not register for your own booth. Please coordinate with MN Careers to promote your vacancies: Michelle.Thom@state.mn.us.
Exhibitor Registration Details
Each registration includes one 8’ x 10’ pipe and drape booth, one 6’ skirted table, two chairs, one wastebasket, Company ID Sign, Wi-Fi.
Registration fee is $350 per exhibitor, plus convenience fees. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit cards are accepted in addition to ACH payments.
The convenience fees for exhibitor registration are estimated to be:
Credit Card: $7.53
Visa Debit Card: $4.38
ACH: $1.00
Premier Exhibitor registration is $1,500, plus convenience fees, and includes a prominent booth location, booth electricity, logo recognition on signage, and your company advertisement on-site for the event. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit cards are accepted in addition to ACH payments
The convenience fees for premier exhibitor registration are estimated to be:
Credit Card: $32.25
Visa Debit Card: $18.75
ACH: $1.00
Cancellation Policy/Change in Format
Once registered for this event, refunds will not be provided. If this event needs to shift into a virtual format because of public health executive orders, you WILL be refunded the registration fee and convenience fees.
